The Cocotal Owners Association was created to unite property owners at Cocotal (Palma Real Villas) in the face of the ever-changing restrictions and changes imposed by Melia onto Cocotal property owners leading to diminishing property values.

Cocotal Owners Association is not affiliated neither with Melia nor Palma Real Villas and is a community of Cocotal property owners, serving property owners only. Association will never ask you for money.

With the recent restrictions on Melia resort access for non-owners (family, relatives, friends, tenants, staff), we feel that Melia has tremendously undercut the Cocotal properties ownership value (resale value and rental value), especially for non-resident owners. We need to unite Cocotal Property Owners to gain a strong voice in negotiations (and possible legal action) with Melia.
